Yes. It has to be whipped, and that is the whole point of it. Any milk frother will do.
It will if you float it instead of stirring it. The pink is a foam that sits on top, so you get two tones with a clean line between them. One honest note on the colour: it comes from fruit, so it is a blush pink, not the neon on some menus. That is the strawberry.
Lightly. It is freeze-dried strawberry and nothing else, so it is sweet and a bit tart the way the fruit is. Most people add a little honey or syrup to the milk if they want it sweeter. All three ways are correct.
No. This is the strawberry. Use whichever matcha you already like, or add ours.
Yes. We are not replacing your matcha, we are the ten seconds after it. Make it the way you already make it, then float the pink on top. If you do not have any, add Popcha Matcha to your order.
Not in the pouch, because there is no tea in it. Matcha does contain caffeine, so if you top your matcha with this, the finished drink does too. Frothed into milk on its own, it is caffeine free.
Yes, and it is a good drink on its own. Froth the pink with a splash of warm water and pour it over cold milk for a pink foam latte. There is no tea in the pouch, so with no matcha in the glass there is no caffeine in it either.
Any milk you like the taste of. Barista oat gives the thickest foam and it is what we use in the photos. Almond is thinner and the drink looks paler. Hot or iced both work, and the pink goes on last either way.
Yes and no. While it is 100% strawberry, our special preparation technology makes it perfect for drinks and foams.
About 30. It takes roughly 3g a drink, so a 100g pouch runs to about 33 and we round down.
Yes. It is fruit, so it behaves like fruit. Stir a spoonful through yoghurt, dust it over ice cream, whip it into cream, or froth it into lemonade for a pink cold foam.
Yes to all three. There is one ingredient in the pouch and it is strawberry, so there is no dairy in it, no gluten in it and nothing from an animal.
Somewhere cool and dry, sealed, out of direct sun. Freeze-dried fruit draws in moisture and moisture is what makes a powder clump, so keep it out of the fridge and away from the steam over your kettle. Unopened, go by the best before date on the pouch. Once it is open, use it within about three months for the best colour and the thickest foam.
