Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 May 2026

These terms apply when you visit, browse, or buy from popcha.eu. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Popcha is a matcha tea retailer based in Vilnius, Lithuania. You can contact us at hello@popcha.eu for any question about these terms or your order.

Eligibility

To buy from us, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country of residence) and able to enter into a binding contract.

Products and prices

We do our best to describe our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination, in line with our shipping policy.

We may change prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without prior notice. The price applied to your order is the price displayed when you complete checkout.

Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email once your payment is received and the order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock, if a price was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We do not see or store your card details. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping and delivery

See our shipping policy for delivery times, costs, and the countries we ship to. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

Your rights to return your order are described in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you have under EU law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.

Intellectual property

The Popcha name, logo, product names, photographs, copy, and other site content are owned by Popcha or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use our content commercially without our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to break the law, infringe other people's rights, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content at scale, transmit malware, send spam, or interfere with the operation of the site.

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (in particular under the EU consumer-rights framework).

Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

Force majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, internet outages, or pandemics.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to the rights consumers have under EU law to bring claims in the courts of their habitual residence.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@popcha.eu. EU consumers can also use one of the certified out-of-court dispute-resolution bodies listed by the European Commission, available at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
