Shipping

We ship across the European Union. Here is what to expect.

Delivery time

Orders within the EU typically arrive in 6 to 7 business days from dispatch. During launches, sales, or other high-demand periods, delivery may take an extra 1 to 2 business days.

Costs

• Orders under 40 EUR: flat 4.95 EUR shipping.
• Orders 40 EUR and over: free shipping.

Prices are shown including VAT where applicable. No additional customs or import fees apply for deliveries within the EU.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 27 European Union member states. We ship across the EU and the United Kingdom. Switzerland is on the roadmap.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you receive a tracking link by email so you can follow the delivery.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates from our shipping carriers. They can be affected by high-demand sale periods, carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control. If your order is significantly late, contact us at hello@popcha.eu and we will help.
